I'd say I'm best with modern style Japanese stuff, like I'm okay with oden or rolled omelets, but I'm also not bad with sushi or sashimi, but I'm probably best with one-pot dishes. I grew up in a monestary after all, so there were all sorts of people you had to feed with a limited sort of budget. Since comin' here though, I've been making all sorts of stuff at Seventh Heaven, so I've been branching out! No way I could handle something like fancy French cooking, but corn bread or gumbo? I've gotten way better at stuff like that, or even skirt steaks, hamburgers, salads...
